Landesbank Berlin Holding AG is a financial holding headquartered in the German capital. It is the parent company of Landesbank Berlin AG. LBB is a universal bank, the historic core of which is Berliner Sparkasse, founded in 1818. Since the day of its foundation, Berliner Sparkasse has continuously fulfilled a public-sector mandate in the service of the city. The Bank is the market leader in Berlin and stands for client orientation, fairness, security and modernity. In Regional Corporate Banking, LBB has a leading position in Berlin as a banking partner for business people and small and medium-sized enterprises. Experienced advisors based in Landesbank Berlin’s Regional Corporate Banking divisions and in Berliner Sparkasse’s Regional Corporate Banking Centres provide individual support. The BusinessLine provides commercial clients with a further efficient sales channel. The Regional Corporate Banking range of services is rounded off by the Competence Centres for Leasing and Factoring, International Banking, Start-ups and Business Succession as well as Electronic Banking. LBB combines its expertise in individual financing solutions for commercial real estate projects in the Real Estate Financing division. Investors, residential development companies, asset management companies and real estate funds as well as selected developers and builders in Germany and in selected European markets are supported with both brands, namely LBB and Berlin Hyp. In Germany, the Landesbank Berlin Group ranks as one of the leading providers of commercial real estate financing. In Capital Markets, LBB provides services to small and medium-sized institutional customers and savings banks in particular. The Bank focuses on selected activities in which it is a leading expert. It has also made a name for itself as a competent provider of capital market products for private customers. We maintain an extensive network of trading partners and thereby offer direct market access to all relevant trading centres. In LBB-INVEST, the Bank has a fund provider for private and institutional customers that has established itself among the leaders of German asset management companies. |
